You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

• Do not upload fraudulent or illegal content.
• Do not misuse the system or attempt to breach security.
• Use the service for lawful and intended purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property

All templates and software are owned by IDSwift Pro. You may not reuse or redistribute without permission.

4. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your information. Please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. Refunds are only available for system errors. No refunds after IDs are generated.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

IDSwift Pro is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from use of the platform.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
